Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to feel good about your experience with SILTTI TECHNOLOGIES LLC ("Siltti"). This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for our subscription Services.
1. Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again afterward. To cancel, follow the instructions in your account or email us at mail@siltti.tech and we will help.
2. Refunds
If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or most recent renewal charge. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via our payment processor, Stripe, and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email mail@siltti.tech with the email address associated with your account and a brief note about your request. We review every request individually and aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
4. Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before your next billing date. If you are charged for a renewal you intended to cancel, contact us and we will work with you in good faith.
5. Exceptions
Some promotional or one-time offers may carry specific terms, which will be disclosed at the time of purchase. Where required by applicable consumer-protection law, you retain any additional rights granted to you.
