These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and digital wellness programs (collectively, the "Services") provided by SILTTI TECHNOLOGIES LLC ("Siltti", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Our Services

Siltti builds digital health and wellbeing programs designed to support general wellness goals — such as building healthier sleep habits, improving speaking clarity, and easing everyday physical tension. Our programs are educational and supportive in nature.

2. Not Medical Advice

Our Services are intended for general wellbeing and self-improvement. They are not a medical device and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and they are not a substitute for professional medical care. Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read or experienced through the Services.

3. Accounts

Some Services require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your credentials secure, and to be responsible for activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.

4. Subscriptions, Billing & Renewals

Certain Services are offered on a subscription basis. By starting a subscription, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the applicable fees to your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc.; we do not store your full card details. Prices and plan features may change, and we will give reasonable notice of material changes. Cancellation and refund details are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful or harmful purpose;
• Copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the Services without our permission;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or disrupt the Services; or
• Share your account in a way that violates these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all content, software, designs, and trademarks, are owned by Siltti or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or achieve any particular result.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Siltti shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except where mandatory local consumer-protection laws apply.
